Remove dependencies and u will be abble to delete thoose 2 tables.

which table shoud i delete refobjcommon ? or refobjcommon_static?

The tables RefPackageItem and RefScrapOfPackageItem are fcked up thats why can't add any to npc. Solution ? delete thoose tables and re-create it and refill with all datas.
