Help with what? Double clicking Setup.exe and follow instructions? That is not server files, it's only MS SQL database setup files.

BTW if the ppl get this char creation error it means that the region isn't activated that u tried to go to.... Meaning jangan is disabled or or not using the correct logdb... Also keep in mind that this logdb is the most fucked up in terms of speed and general efficiency.
