Fix CSRO-R ItemMall ( No Crash and no Stop Launcher button Start)

This emulador was tested with 500 player ++ and working fine no crash any time and no stop button start of launcher
FOR CONFIGURE:
Install procedure from folder "SQL"
Configure archive config.ini with real and fake ports and sql informations and have fun.
