Chose SRO_VT_SHARD
go to _Char > Design > HwanLevel > Column Properties > Default Value Or Binding ((0))
Edit Will Be In ((0))
if you need start with title Knight = ((1))

i would just go to the AddNewChar procedure and add a query (update _char set HWANLEVEL = '1') bla bla bla.
