What is that tool do ?! , and what will i make with the integer ip ?
For ecSRO/swSRO Files you need Convert your IP to integer and this tool do it for you. If you dont put an integer ip to priviliged ip table the gateway server wont activate your ip to login for gm char
there's a stored procedure for that guess it was in account db..
