This avatar is not like the rest. There is a new texture _n which looks like a tri-dimensional image.
There are no missing files, is just that it wont work with the vsro sro_client.exe, or at least it won't work without a hard modification of every single file.

from 12,113kb to 12,325kb...

Without the source of the client there is no way to modify it to make it work. The only solution is a workaround, make it work like the old avatars. I might will try to do so when I'm bored, anyway there are already lots of avatars on SRO, and this new one is not that epic.

they did something to the *.bsr files. Blender can read the *.bms, so I dont think there would be a problem with it

I'm sure there is nothing client dependent on this avatar...Are you all using ALL the files that were included in yesterday's patch?
Seems that the model is split into many files (head, _n, _1, _2, etc.), this download doesn't include some of these.
Some of these changes may also be reflected in the Media.pk2, charactervisualchange.txt perhaps. Can't really tell which files were modified as my Joymax Pk2 editor fails to show proper dates in the last modified column...

well, I didnt add the new lines from charactervisualchange and skilleffect.txt, but it should work without them, I will try it later

They remodeled the bms files for sure. So i think to make it work we have to remodel them so that they are structured like the old avatars. Well GL
