have problem cant add attach and hat to npc why??? i do everything but dont need add only dress done but hatd and attach not

Lol its dont show me the dress ingame its like if i dont wear one Ö_Ö
When i create it using gm console, it works fine with no icons, " just doesnt fly!! he keeps running while wings flapping for nothing!"
But if i buy it from item mall " i can see icon in there " immediate crash & cant load char again unless i delete the item...
Any ideas?
