New EvaTools - 1.0.0.0

Here is the totally new, rebuilt version of evatools. Old one [1.0.3dev<] wont be updated anymore (requested deletion of that thread). Some people asked me to release it "as it is faster", so, it comes without SMC features for now.

It has:
- Edit account data
- Ban account
- Remove account punishment
- Edit/add silk to account
- Edit char data
- Edit academy honor points for char
- Rename character
- Delete character
- Find username by charname
- Find guild info [members list etc]
- Find chars on account
- List char items & delete some if needed (will be updated with feature to edit items)
- Edit guild

Also, i'm going to add specific SMC features (like service startup, sending notice ingame etc in futher versions).

okay is it possible to edit the feature "- Edit/add silk to account " to all kinds of silk like normal silk,Gift Silk,Point(premium silk in isro,ksro) etc or its just normal silk only!

But hmm i just turned your program on got the setting window for fill the database info and in same time i got an error call IcoFx 2 Setup has stopped working.
and i dont have anything in my pc called icofx 2 O.o
