Pk2 tool full (make new pk2) for newbies

and did not get a good guide

so I made one is for newbies

only have open .bat that are inside and create a clean pk2

solo cree el .bat porque muy pocos saben usarlos y no hay una buena guia

lamentablemente muchos son genios y saben mucho pero solo para su beneficio propio

solo quise compartir lo que llegue a aprender de ustedes mismos para ayudar


al final todos somos lo mismo "novatos" en una u otra cosa
