hmm , i rlly cant realize whats the problem , maybe some extensions in php.ini are needed , i'll try to fix it and i will share :) but maybe anikan1985 will share

It works with APPServ , i only add Extension and thats it, well the other problem is cant be login in this website cause sql errors appears .

anikan1985 , tell us wich extension you enabled? cuz i use appserv 2.4.9 , i enabled all modules + extensions , + zend optimizer and still dont work , tell me wich extension is needed !! thanks
