Its written in C# and no sorry i wont release the source. Maybe in the future but at the moment no.

You didnt make anything new. already the account edit function at evatools for chero.

Maybe i'm rude. But maybe it will make you think to add more new things not other programs have it.

Functions of Eva Tools...

- Edit account
- Create account
- Add silk
- Ban account
- Unban account
- Rename character
- Reset panality looper
- View username by charname
- Editing news is still not complete

PAM Functions:
- Search for JID
- Search for ID
- Search for Charname
- Get all informations about the account included charnames and silks via the search function
- Create a new Account
- Create a new GM Account
- Add Silks
- Edit Silks (Eva Tools just Add)
- Change PW

And this ist just version 1.0
For me Eva Tools dont look good... there are to much buttons and to much extra windows will open for a function
