Re-Release 70 cap ecsro files with some fixes

Today i "Re-Release" of the ECSRO based oldschool 70 cap server files. They are really easy to setup and functional.

- level 70 cap mastery [no dc]
- level 70 cap party matching
- Disabled stall / stallnetwork to prevent dupebug
- Fixed worldmap
- widescreen (1920x1080 res)
- autoselect with large range
- Takla / RM autospawn
- DW Cave fixed
- Roc Mountain SFX
- Fixed Golden Dragon Flag
- 8D Astral & 8D Immortal in Item Mall
- GM Speed scroll (700%) ITEM_MALL_MOVE_SPEED_UP_100
- Fixed Strong Bow Series duration time (Cast time is shorter, like in iSRO)
- Deleted the oldskool skilleffect (Ghost Spear Mars now has a quick spin like Spear Petal)
This is for more skillbalance
- Snowshield & Mind Bow Series Added.
- Fixed 8D items in shops
- Added xlarge pots in Item Mall
- Fixed Monster Names [Level behind the name, Mangyang Lv. 1]


Installation


NOTE: use this database: shard 26-1 sundance

- Simply add the media, data, particles & sro_client.exe into your update folder (SMC)
- Copy & Paste the SR_GameServer.exe to your server folder.
- Copy the data folder into your server folder. Overwrite when needed.

Dupebug is easy fixable.
The only shit is the missing autopot.

client escro v1103 can'n run it, i use Ip Input repair (version 179 in Module sr_accountdb) but not running (i run client have error c4), what is this version? sry for my bad English.
