Trust me dude u should have the original SR_ShardManager to hundle the skill params + Client login ... In my opinion the mixed files isnt good to open SRO server ..

And how can you help without sharing ShardManager?
Actually to run this files with csro-r shard we need a miracle and if by any chance we can manage to login with csro-r shard it will contain even more bugs... So it's simply not worth to try run it without original package.

How do you prove that you have the original server file：ott1：

You can try set in DB same version as is in Violent client, then redirect client connection to youre server and you will see if its work or just setup youre ip to like is in Violent client.

No need edit client for test if its work.

2- voilent server owners said that the mixed files fucked up thier server and they found more bugs IDK really :[]

You can not extract violent PK2 files. This is not an import and export。
Try to set the same version with the DB in the violent client, and then redirect the client connection to your server, you will see it working or just set your ip like the Violent client.。。。。（No need to edit the client for testing）

Dude u didnt get my point.. So my main point is that u cant open a server with this files :) cuz I did what u did 2 or 3 years ago since 2013-2014 I think.. I just don need u to waste ur time dude.. Whatever u r doing well till now
