simpleFw - protect your server from single-machine DoS

Since kids with Sprut etc appears to be a huge problem within sro scene now, wrote this little, but still, pretty useful tool to prevent simple DoS attacks from single, or few machines.

This allows you to set connections limit per IP (Established/SynSent states).
Adds rules to windows advanced firewall, means, it has to be enabled.

Your local/public/gateway ip addrs should be put into allowedIPs.txt

Default values:

max conns = 10
refresh time = 1

luckily i already downloaded it yesterday and testet it .. i downloaded Sprout (as you mentioned it in your first post) and attacked my server, after only a few seconds all connections i had to the server (Remote Desktop, FTP, Website) were disconnected and refused connection then until i reset the firewall settings
The server was still online for others and most players didnt even notice a single lag

when i did the same without simpleFw the server was lagging as hell so, this is great :D thanks!

//Edit: the next thing that just comes into my mind are IP bans for hackers/botters etc .. those can easily be done with this now .. but would you be able to allow wildcards in blockedIPs.txt? like 192.168.*.*
so that all ips in range of 192.168.1.1 till 192.168.255.255 would be blocked?
