hi i have a problem , i can't add items D10-D11-D12 to the NPC i always get error while i open the server

Hello, i'm using 2 computers to load all mobs in VSRO.
When i need to teleport from one PC/town to other PC/town i have problem,- stuck loading... but when i reloading sro client - i see that i'm stationed to other town and can to play normally. when teleporting with scroll back - same problem..
HELP PLEASE
