The client is patched to english due to the media.pk2 file that you can download, and replace with the one that comes with the vietnam client. So far i noticed it's is complete.
If you want to run a server, then you better do that on a seperate pc, cause this server is a memory eater, the more the better.
Depending on the amount of memory your server got, you can disable areas to save resources.

To be honest, i don't think you should count on xsense will continue his emulator. He opened a server himself, so why bothering wasting time on an emulator, if you got the real deal.

oh wow thanks for clearing that up rogan12, i just re-visit silkroad section and it has 6 pages long lol.. so i guess i can't host the server with 2gig ram and play with 2-5 friends on the same pc?

Ok,for fix this you need to change a Data Source in DBconnect from ip to you sql server name,like its done in cert ini files.Making this will help you with this problem.
