Hi everyone, why i get this error when i extract servers files(Blitzkrieq_Bin_Data.part1 and all off the parts)?

The global manager says that i use wrong IP but when i press right mouse button on machinemanager than show detail it seems to have the good ip. anyway is there anyone that can look at this screenshot and give me a solution please:)?

My SMD says wroted in red service type EXAMINE, my server works, client works i only cannot log on.
It seems like my server is in a check or something... I already started the services with SMD but still in check..
How to solve this?:)
