Editing items through SMC

I'm trying to edit an item but it shows. query error : Unknown..
I checked SMC_EDIT_ITEM, but nothing is wrong there.

Any idea, any help? thanks in advance.

Can you show us a screenshot so we can understand more what your trying to do?
