just set bolt and arrow to candrop 0:
update _refobjcommon set candrop = '0' where codename128 like '%arrow%' or '%bolt%'
should do the trick,
about lvl 121-130 mobs, just add probgroup in the respected values.
assuming 121-130 are d13 mobs, and 110-121 are d12 (wich should take probgroup32/33/34 assuming they have A,B,C) than u just need to set the wanted value in probgroup 35/36/37 (not sure if d13 have a,b,c)

ok now let me ask an interesting question:
if i have added a 11DG B Class item by myself (the item works, counts as 11dg)
the name of the item is(for example):
ITEM_EU_AXE_11_B_RARE
how do i add it to drop? does it being added automaticly if i fill in probgroup32?
i putted this variable:
95.555
in group 32 for mon lvl 101-110.
my % rate might be wrong, but i didnt get that item to drop.
any suggestions?
