here is a nice tut About changing the Size of the mobs let us take the TG as example

in your Media .. from File name characterdata_5000 search in it about MOB_CH_TIGERWOMAN you may Fined it like this

if you like to change the size of it chnage the value of

100    0    28    0    mob\china\tigerwoman.bsr 

100 to any thing that you want

if you like to make it 200 % then change Num 100 to 200

and So on :)
