only by quest, capture the flag mob loot,uniques loot, job, rankings,
make all buyable, so the people cant have large amounts of gold beacause they have to spend in
elixirs, stones, forgotten world portals

calculate the leveling curve
for example
only by capture the flag and battle arena you can have gold to purchase alchemy items
so you buy in the npc 11 d normal gear go to the ctf and pimp it
only when you are full normal + 8, full blue full farm. you can handle
water temple lvl 1, only in water temple lvl 1 you get novas
farm your nova set then go to ctf again to have alchemy materials to pimp your set
only a player with full nova items + 8 blue full stats can handle world uniques
uniques drop egy normal then you return again to events to farm alchemy items
only a full egy normal set player can handle job cave uniques and they drop egy nova set
only a plyer with full egy nova set can handle forgotten world 4 stars
only in forgotten world 4 stars you can get egy weapons and egy B set
or something like that
