As i know, pcbang is Premium Cybercafe (By IP or by billing software called PICA gamebang (PC방닷컴). If user login from that ip/from cybercafe using PICA, they have some additional feature, like exp rate, free of teleport charge etc etc. But i don't know where to set additional feature.
Its good for donatur if we know where/how to set additional feature.

Any solution to Ignore LIMITE in PRIVILEGE IP ?
