I have the server on a Windows Root in the SMC i started all Services. i opened the Ports 15779,15880,15882 UDP and TCP.and i Spoofed the Root IP with SR_Patcher.
but i get C9 Error After the Image Code? after a long Search i have nothing found in google that was helpful. i hope anyone can help me.

Aren't able to view website with port 8080. Additional to that; SR_SHARDManager kept closing because it couldn't find billing something related to the website.
i did all of This when i come to Open Global Manger gives me an Error it has been failed to request Certifications
and my Certifcations is working

billingserver = asp server, you need to create the asp server (web server suporting ASP), put the asp files inside and config it ( i really have no idea about web, to lazy to learn about it)
