1) what port is the register page on?
2) if its local it will work, if not local it wont
3) check your server.cfg and other port settings. port 15779 should be enabled.

if i have a Windows server 2008 R2 >> is it have a GOOD Fire wall to protect me . or do i have to buy another software with a good fire wall

In the guide i use windows fire wall.. which is built in WS 2008 RC2

just try whats written in the guide, it will work perfectly :P

players can not access to the registration page !
and they can not see that image Guild and union !

If your website uses port 8080 then dont block that!

Image guild and union = not the cause of this! you just setup your ftp server wrong. and need to add your ftp server to the firewall manually!
