when i try to load plugins from SMC, the SMC close

Dw is bugged you cant go there 1 server made whit Vsro files had same problem at first beta but they fixed it

C8 is fixed by changing Gatewayserver port from 15779 to anything other, but how to fix C9?

Yes it's region problem in: _RefRegionBindAssocServer

all change to: 1
