Chern0byl does the Machine the server is running off of need to have 6 to 8g of ram or can it be lower?

first one is StartupError_DownloadServer.txt, it is contain :
certification ip is void
and second one is StartupError_GlobalManager.txt, it is contain :
cannot identity machine public ip
why is that??

I translated the error, is Korean, which means "Silk Road is already running." I use "OD" to modify skip this error, run the client again, over 1 minute "sro_client" stop running.

Hello, I have a problem in SR_Shardmanager.
It opens when it finishes loading it closes. I made several changes to address billing_server_url, but not doit, if someone could help me. Here is my server.cfg file.
