C9 is when you can't connect to the server.You didn't set up the ip corect or the ports. Review your configs.

Does anyone know if i MUST use IIS , or i could use XAMPP (With "ASP enabled" mod installed) with APACHE for example?Because i can't enable IIS on my computer.Im using XAMPP and i get "Billing server is dead error" Could this be the cause?

use port 15779 , and if you still get that error , make port forward on router ... , or try with loader / also when I host a game in my machine can connect only with 127.0.0.1 or with loader

Dam. i truncated my users :-)
Now i try to add a useraccount that can access the SMC.
I tried all GM ranks, but i allways get an access denied.
Anyone can tell me what rank does the user sro_gm1 has in the original database ?

I get same , and idk what's the problem , is something from nodetypedata and nodetypelink ...

that's why request for certification who get in right way to run server ...

ok good ..iam using this port and the launcher open normaly
but after i click start client
it load the xtrap then w8 1min then get error(well i dont know what this error mean till now)
