it's easy to solve ur billing is dead so have to put these files

replaced them into C:\inetpub\wwwroot

Hello, I have a problem in SR_Shardmanager.
It opens when it finishes loading it closes. I made several changes to address billing_server_url, but not doit, if someone could help me. Here is my server.cfg file.

I think you have wrong server.cfg, also personally i wouldn't use my local ip address because it leaves you opened for alot of things...
