yay, i got all the files ( i think )...
now is time to cry for some help.
at first, i scream to the pc. next i tried to hit the hdd ( bad idea). tried praying to the cert gods... but they ignore me.
at last, i got drunk... was amusing but dont fixed my problem, so im here to bug you all:
now.. customcertificationserver runs ok.. showing the thing started on 10.0.0.10:32000
global manager / machine manager and gateway server loads and run with no error (at least i think)
all the rest (agentserver, downloadserver and farm manager) dont even open, no error msg or anything, simply dont open and created some dmp files
the 2 servers (shard and game) show the "failed to request certification"
not, im using the files from here, the inis from first post and only changed the ip and sql conection strings.
any help will be apreciated.

fixed the problem, looks like that files dont like xp sp3 (or the net frameworks or w/e), everything loads ( with error ofc) on new w7... sadly disk died, so new hdd + reinstalling all
