    idk whats wrong with your FTP server everything is set-up correctly, and your getting failed to delete. All i can say is its probably the permissions that you gave your account Crest if you checked all the boxes delete, create, write, read then it should work.

    Working. THank You.

    But i use 2 different account ftp.
    1 with full r/w for server.cfg
    1 with r only for client (i think for security reason)

    1. create ftp account for ShardManager with full access. You can follow tutorial in first page this thread.

    example:
    user: full
    pass: rw
    home folder: x:\ftproot
    create dir SRO_CREST in root ftp folder.
    -> x:\ftproot\SRO_CREST

    #server.cfg
    CREST_FTP_URL "ftp://full:rw@192.168.1.1:21/SRO_CREST"

    2. create user ftp read only access with same home folder
    example:
    user: client
    pass: readonly
    home folder: x:\ftproot

    # type.txt
    Language = "English" << leave Vietnam if you don't want english text.
    Country = "Vietnam"
    GameType = "Silkroad_TestIn"
    MarkFTPAddr = "client:readonly@192.168.1.1:21"
    MarkFTPPath = "SRO_CREST"

    type into ur web browser ftp://ftpid:pass@ip
    if it shows up with the sro_crest folder it means ur ftp is working, and i would assume you didn't set permissions to read/write/delete for the ftp account.
    if ftp does not show up it means ur ftp is not running.
    or if it does work, but requires ftpid/pass then ur account ftp login is wrong.

    but by judging from the errors under the highlighted blue bg color your account permissions are not correct refer to the picture where u create an account, but this time check all the boxes, read, write, delete.

    There are three possible reasons.
    1) FTP server isn't up
    2) FTP account permission settings isn't correct
    3) Type.txt in media.pk2 isn't set-up correctly.

    How do i know if FTP is online:
    Type into web browser ftp://your_wan_ip

    How to know if account permissions are set:
    Open FTP server interface, and check account permissions under user or if you get an error when deleting/creating a file in FTP then your permissions are not set.

    I also got the same error, but work.

    If you open ftp://ur-user:ur-pass@ur-ip:port in browser with read only account strctur dir must be like this. Game client just need correct path and allow download the .crb file from ftp. Cause when creating guild emblem, game client not directly connect to ftp server for storing .bmp but relaying by server.

    Hahaha sorry for my bad english, but I hope you understand what I mean
