This time I will help you to change the NPC names or Monster names. Is pretty easy.

Change NPC names
Open your character.txt.txt.
For example you want to change the Npc "IS" to "CS seller",
search for:
Is
And change the name to CS seller or (change it to the name you liked to).
example:
IDS_CHARACTER_INC_000065 CS seller
Save the character.txt.txt and close it.
Open DataSub1.res with your RES-editor. Replace the old character.txt.txt to your new one. That you just edited. Save it and close it.
Done ~

search for:
Aibatt
And change the name to Best Batt or (change it to the name you liked to).

IDS_PROPMOVER_TXT_000006 Best Batt
Save the propMover.txt.txt and close it.
Open Data.res with your RES-editor. Replace the old propMover.txt.txt to your new one. That you just edited. Save it and close it.
Done ~

And change the name to Best Batt or (change it to the name you liked to).
