i used your files and got the server running,
but a lot of textures (3rdjob) are missing
and also when i use a 3rd job skil i cant see it
how can i solve this?

Models are missing? Try to download a v18 client or a client that has a complete Model then, copy it and paste it to your client.
Where to get a v18 client? Use google.

Ofcourse you can, just go on google. (Important: the version of the client is v17 or v18.)

after i copied all but the neuz file
i got some error but then when i replaced the datafiles (.res)
i could startup and login but got an instant d/c now i repased the world folder and evrything is running perfect

try looking at the path of the directory on your DatabaseServer.ini.
and its WorldServer.ini

look at my example:
ResourceFolder "C: \ Users \ Marcio \ Desktop \ Flyff SERV 17 ~ 18 \ Resource" / / sting, set current dir
Sys 1 / / number, g_appInfo.dwSys
/ / dwID 1 / / number g_appInfo.dwId
