i dont like releasing it in bits because if i do i'll
either release versions which are unstable and can
be exploited because im too lazy evaluate everything and check for bugs
or i do and waste a lot of my time when i could just check for vulns/exploits once
when the whole cp is complete.
Another thing is i'm not sure if im going to release this fully open source.
(e.g. most of it will be open source and some snippets wont be.)

i might decide to release some code snippets to help other people's irose websites before i release
my cp e.g. DoS Protection, Donation system, Registration system, SQL Injection Protection etc.
but depends.

well and if you'll release it in parts , you'll get some anoying messeges like :
"wtf is wrong with you'r site bla bla bla"
and more like that..

but nice idea releasing those scripts

i feel that if you released snippets peopl would prolly adfd them to their site and never give you credit for them
also same would go if you released your entire site
people would modify it and remove the copyrights that you put on it

-cPanel may be delayed until the beginning of november... :/
+PHP Pagination implemented -> safe + fast + secure
-Stopped working on news system for the time being...
+Focusing on the main structure etc...
+PHP DoS Protection Script is complete and is advanced ;]
-Removed a lot of the Dos Protection coding = simple version [Advanced script is going to be private]
-Unable to work on the cPanel until next week i think "Monday 27th of October" :/

What is pagination?
e.g. www.arcutuscp.com/index.php?page=1
its good for security at times and easy for people to browse.

Why did you stop working on the news system?
i have too little time on my hands and too many things to do so i only
spend the remainder of my time to code the main structure of the cPanel.

Why aren't you going to release the full version of your DoS Protection Script?
im keeping it private for the pserver//(s) i work for.
the simple dos protection should help stop them noob scriptkiddies ddosing your site :P
