i know and i can see, you're pro on setting up a server in rose online. i have been trying to setup an Arcturus private server for 3 days now, but i was not successful.
im using microsoft sql 2012, windows 7 64bit.
i dont know where to start, i open "sql server management studio" and played around whith SHO database. fkin mess.
cant find any tutorial who uses windows 7 and microsoft sql 2012. can u help me or just give me the basic steps bro? thnx a lot! appreciate it much! :)
Use the files it asks, etc ... mssql 2000 there is not much secret in windows 7, the difference is that you have to open certain programs in administrator mode!
@tinyd : Forward your ports. ( 29000, 29100, 29200, 19000,19005, etc.)
@Hawkerboy: 3 possibilities , 1) forwarding ports ?
2) there is an error with your DBs.
3) There is an error with your config files.

which msql and sp version are you using? I know windows7 can operate an Arcturus server, but if I get bored of trying, I might reformat and try windows XP sp3. :3

when i try to download the SQL Server 2000 w/ service pack 8 it takes me to sql 2005 page not the 2000 sql :S?
any help ?
Just use mssql2005 it works fine for me, mssql 2008 will also work, but I prefer 2005.
