I set up everything EXACTLY as you directed, but when i try to log in, it goes to:
"All servers are currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. Please refer to our official website for notices regarding restoration of server access. Thank you."

Maybe im doing the "create account on login" part wrong.


Also, i get an error in the world server:

QUESTDATA error is fixed when you extract your client with VFSEditor and copy the entire 3DDATA folder over to your server.

Thanks for the server/guide. I'm using the latest available revision (v81?) with the client provided by this thread. I extracted the client files to the server directory (IDK how much of what I extracted is necessary, but I extracted the entire 3ddata dir and copied it over).

Anyways, I have 3 questions :

1. Should the jelly beans on "Nubby Island" have speech bubbles over their heads, or have I borked something?
2. What client *should* we use with the latest serverfiles, in order to reduce the number of glitches?
3. Is there a list of GM commands kicking about somewhere?

Thanks for the reply. Server seems to be working just fine. Nice command list. I'll try to get it reformatted to show which commands are GM/MOD/USER.

lol I would do that, but my server comp is being used right now to update my music....
I'm working on an Admin/GM List, w/e you want to call it, and I'm on the Golden/Legend/Demon/Saint/Dark weapons currently, then come uniques and then wearable items, then skills, then consumable, and so on.

[ADDITION]
/class isn't really the best thing for changing classes in iRose, it messes with your quests so I'll do a test on my non-admin account and see if the normal quest does better. Also need the new STB and AIP files in there...

/class works but it most likely messes with the SKILL-TREE, not quests. However, it seems the server files provided are incomplete, in the context of the 3DData files aren't completely there. I manually added all the 3DData files(AID, STB, QSD) to the server files that I use and it generally worked much better and fixed me not being able to complete quests. PM me if you you'd like a copy of these files.

Your name appears blue if you add the [GM] in your name, and red if you add [A]

So like; [GM]Name would appear blue and [A]Name would appear red.
