    My server have D13 items and max lvl is 120 and.. Why DC 110+

    are you working on 1.193 or 1.188 ?
    if you are working on 1.193 so, use non_stop patch to patch sro_client and sr_gameserver (only 1.93)
    if you use 1.188 that mean your sro_client max 110
