120 Skills Bug

Hello,
I've downloaded Static database ..
There is skills bug ..
let's test on Twin Energy Smash Lv12 [ Bicheon - CHN ]
this skill level 12 when char level 118 .. up to Lv13 when char level 120
Now the skill Lv13 .. but it show UP button .. it should be max !

and skill windows shows that the Up to Lv13 .. how come [ up from 13 to 13 ]

.. when the mouse come to skill icon client take crash !
then the Up button disappear and shows Add button instead of it !
how to add new skill which already added .. _refskill id : 30153
just to test most of skills have same bug on max level !

If the database you use has its own client, this shouldn't happen at all. But if the guy just messed up redirecting the database strings to the client, he probably duplicated a skillstring in a wrong way.
Check the database for the skillname and levels of it. If it goes by skillname_1, skillname_2, etc, skillname_13, then it is just a client issue.
Check the skilldata_5000/10000/15000/35000 files. It should be there somewhere. You have to do this on your own, since it is a simple dupe bug and tbh, hence you want to be a "developer".

Hm, they seem to be correct. Didn't found any other skill which has the basic_chaincode

What is your skill cap? Did you checked that one before?
You will need to figure it out via ollydbg.

I don't think the problem from sro_client or gameserver
because it edit the mastery not the skills !
