About autoupdate from launcher, old and new

let's say I updated 5 files and client version now is 1.189, now if I want to update new files and the client version will be 1.190, do I need to choose all the old files + the new files I want to add?

example: v1.189 have refshopgoods.txt updated already
v1.190 I want to update itemdata4500.txt, do I need to choose refshopgoods again when I patch from SMC?

i think no because you already updated it and look at joymax updates they don't make update to the same file agian and agian until they make changes to the file

So just only add the new files I want to update in the new version?
What if the client version is 1.188 and new version 1.190? the client will automatically differe from old and new version and update 1.189 then go 1.190?
