about GM Room and the Prison

I'm trying to teleport to this areas, I already added those ID's @ wRegionID #32791 / 32792 but now SR_ShardManager showing Error "Local overlap exception CServerProcess error"

Techincally, it is. Just have to add a few lines to the database. I added them a few days ago.

i use this warp code: -32744 620 15 -257 (prison)
but i teleported to prison (i see the "red" map) i get crash 2-3 sec later.
why? warp code bad or what?

world region have this rows:
1 -32744
91 -32744

world start pos. don't have this RegionID: -32744

Can anyone help me?
