About Guild Emblem D:!

Hi guys
i need fix the guild emblen.
I can see the emblem but others usr cant seee pls help :/
...And i get this error from sharmanager

this is my type.txt

Language = "Vietnam"
Country = "Vietnam"

and my server cfg:

i guess is windows firewall.
try this.. change ftp port on server to default one (21) and change on server.cfg and type.txt
