Add GA Without IP

i want add GA in my server but all have Dynamic IP
so i want add them wihout IP

if you want any GA/GM login anywhere/any ip then go to _PrivilegedIP in SRO_VT_ACCOUNT and make it like that
127 0 0 1 238 238 238 238

u can use less ram by replacing 1st (1) and 1st (255) with the 1st number/s of that GM IP
like

41 = Egyption ip and i'm egyption so there is no problem.
