i had this problem after i added the NPC to the DB and put item in it

i think the problem is in "RefPackageItem" or "RefScrapOfPackageItem" , check the ID , i thing the problem in the ID ..
and a little advice don't use Statiic DB and make your own Cuz it full of bugs
