AIO Server Manager v1.2 don't work on Windows 8

Hello guys, aio server manager was working in my last windows 7, but i renewed my OS to windows 8 64bit but aio server manager don't work on it and when open nothing happen and don't open.

As i know .NET Framework 4.0 didn't work on windows 8 ~ Since microsoft company didn't fix this errors on windows (I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY DID IN THEIR WINDOWS), btw i'm lazy to download windows 8.1 and i don't know if it working on 8.1 also or no, when i try to install .NET framework 4.0 there's error appear in start of installing and it is
