Alchemy rate

hi there, i was searching to change the alchemy rate of elixir.

so i found elixir in Itemdata_5000.txt

but where is the same in DB table ?

ITEM_ETC_ARCHEMY_REINFORCE_RECIPE_WEAPON_B

i cant find it ..
