alchemy rate + system

Hello.
So i looking to change the alchemy rate
I came over one querry from epvperz for x3 rate but it feels like something is wrong still
How every i took the querry put it in the DB and media line

fixed the param 2 - 3 - 4

the alchemy is going time ot time good and time to time bad so i not sure about the rates.

I want so i can make alone if i want +1-+2-+3 100% i want make it and if i only want +5 10% chanse and +6 5% chane i want make it.
what i trying to say is i need help other find guild or tool or anything that can help me make a nice alchemy rate.
On my server +12 will be max + so i want a hard rate kinda low but how do i make it ?

rate are +1~+4 100% +5 10% and from +6 to +12 are 5% if work i will tel you tool for rate bcz some db are fucked up at alchemy rate you can make 1x and player are able to male +20 from 20 elixir.....

I had a tool alchemy calculator i took +1-+2-+3-+4 100% and still i failed +3 over 13 times in a row so i think the calculator dident show right ^_^

no is good bcz i have 1x alchemy on my server and are good but if dont work can be from your db/server

give param from elxir from db to compare with my rate

i have change after that and using others now. i am a bit besy take them up cuz i have work for the last 3h to try make add avatar to item mall work and will keep on befor i do something ells so i can move on with the server :)
