Always DC after Char Selection

Hi all - i hope u guys can help me with my Problem.
I start 2 getting crazy because i can't find the Failure

Problem :

I try to start a server on my PC.
I did all steps from " How to Setup VSRO Server... ".
All works fine - Gameserver etc starts - all is green.
Only Problem is, that i can't join the Server with a Character.
I get Disconnected from the Server after klicking start.

FROM SR_Gameserver:

ODBC/SQL is already changed to English, doesn't help.
Billing/IIS works fine.

Go to System => Region and Language ( Region und Sprache )

Changer your Format to English (India) ( Englisch (Indien))

Now go to ODBC and put on the last page and check to on:
Use Regionsettings for your System (the middle point)

(Ländereinstellungen bei der Anzeige von Währungs-, Zahlen-, Datums- und Zeintangaben verwenden.)

i have the same problem! changed all in english language and change the odbc files too :( wont help!

check your ODBC settings, inside them you can set a "Default Language" for that DSN set it to "English" if you dont have it
if that doesnt work, the easiest way to fix this problem really is as romio10 said, edit the tables where the error occurs (Shakugan look inside the Procedure what table its inserting into) set the Datatype of the Date Column to varchar

4 Hours ago my server is 100% working..... and now. I have the same error, I delete all my server,sql files, ALL. I put a New DB,SQL,ETC.. and nothing the same error..... 2 days with this error...

your sql server is english (sms, everything on english)?
if not, try to download it on english version and try again
