Billing Server Dead - all ports closed.

Hello everyone , i have a super strange problem..
after 5~7 hours , i see error cannot intilize billing url ..
in game people see they have 0 silks when this happen.

i blocked all ports and iis isn't accessible from outside.
for the second i launch my server i get floaded with those errors {which does nothing but annoying.} :
GameServer :
msg is not completely used : IP:X NoDir:0x0122 (0x0000) (MsgType:3), 14 - 6

ShardManager :
Unhandled msg detected from server! msg_id 0x7074

and :

msg is not completely used : IP:X Req:0x0866 (0x0000) (MsgType:7), 28 - 2


Agent Server :

and sometimes i get GlobalManager.exe dumps [1/2 unit/s]
hopefully some one with the same problems can help me figure it out , I WILL PAY FOR A SOLUTION! .

first of all this thing happen :
CREATE GAMEWORLD SUCCESSED!!!

and then this is the error coming following:
Failed to initialize billing server: can't open URL!

Damn , it's just getting annoying..

Bloody Hell , i tought the gameserver.exe doing it [after i patched it]
but it's not that .. , what else it could be ? .

Erm... most of the errors are not fixable "ATM" due to the lack of information... and i am working on a solution.


About your billing server dieing, Billing server should not be randomly disconnecting like that, reply below with the following check marks and information, and please leave me a private message reminding me to check back!


1) Check your IIS roles, make sure all necessary roles are enabled.

2) Check your Router, make sure your router's built in firewall is not turned on automatic! ~ Ignore if you are running a dedi server.

3) Most likely you setup the firewall wrong and ports/lines are crossing each other!

4) Make sure you are only running 1 Firewall which should be windows firewall, nothing more! thats all you ever need!

5) Your billing server might be just corrupted "when psvrs started, we had to actually rebuild the billing server, highly unlikely that you are using the first original one" -- other than that, your billing files might be corrupted.

6) Did you use my security guide or did you do things on your own?

7) what files are you using, and what media are you using?

first of all THANKS ALOT!
now i will give some details .

the server was on for allmost a month now [using the new files!]
everything is worked perfectly before few days ago ..
and no i dont using a Dedicated , I'm using a VDS [Very Strong Server]
32GB RAM , Core i7 3.20 X8 , 1Gb Upload/Download Speed private line and more.

1.i didn't touched that since i first install it [and for a 3 weeks had no problems! ]
2.no router of course..
3.using your guide + some few addons i did - here you go a full list .
first of all i blocked 15880, 15882, 15885, 15883, 32000, 8080, 1433, 3306
in both inbounds rulles and outbounds rulles .

and then i went the firewall and pressed "Allow a program or feature through windows firewall" , and add all the .exes
and pressed V at those :
AgentServer.exe Only V at Public and name [no V at HOME/WORK (Private)]
DownloadServer.exe Only V at Public and name [no V at HOME/WORK (Private)]
FarmManager.exe Only V at Public and name [no V at HOME/WORK (Private)]
GatewayServer.exe Only V at Public and name [no V at HOME/WORK (Private)]
GlobalManager.exe Only V at HOME/WORK (Private) [no V at Public and name]
GlobalManager.exe Only V at Public [no V at HOME/WORK (Private) and name]
//yes there is twice of GlobalManager.exe
MachineManager.exe Only V at Public and name [no V at HOME/WORK (Private)]
SR_GameServer.exe Only V at Public and name [no V at HOME/WORK (Private)]
SR_ShardManager.exe Only V at Public and name [no V at HOME/WORK (Private)]

there is "Web Management Service (HTTP)" also V at everything.
Anti Hack System = blocked 15880, 15882, 15885, 15883, 32000, 8080, 1433, 3306 .
and there is V at everything .

This is normal Windows Firewall [Using windows server 2008 R2 Standard]

and again , the new silkroad server files version 1.93 i think..

i did some modification to the files but i get back to the original once to test [still same problem]

and yes the billing are offical and never been touched .
the ips inside are 127.0.0.1 .

inside the server.cfg
BILLING_SERVER_URL "http://localhost:8080/"

and yes i can access everything with this address localy.
[and before this error coming the item mall works perfectly.]

so far not a problem. i think i found the solution but need more information to verify it...


1) Do you have 3 or 1 ODBC connectors "Shard / log/ account" connectors in the cerfiticate! & location system or user?

2) Go to the following picture location, and open "erm forgot where it is but generally what i want from you is a screen shot of the following!

• Click on SQL Server Services
• Expand all the tabs!
• 

3) Have you enabled port 1433 in the mssql tcp/ip for windows 2008?

4) a screen shot of the error, or where it appears information? gameserver..etc?

Conclusion is what follows:
- Your network connection "has gone away" <- standard microsoft term, the idea is, something breaks the connection after a while, or maybe because of pressure or the long amount of connection... its def a problem with setups not database related..


Solution:
1) Make sure you have 3 separate instances that are specifically connected to only 1 DB each!
2) Your certificate connection need to be threw ODBC not mssql
3) All your connections need to be using local administration login not mssql sa/password
4) Billing server needs to be using the sql instance not an ip, conflict might happen which apparently is what is happening! so change the connections in the billing server to example:
"WTE-ID/SQLEXPRESS - username:sa - password:wte"... i have always wanted to test a slight theory about billing connection with instances.



Finally after changes!
- Please post your certificate connections
- Please post your DBconnect.asp

i added you , btw you can add that the gameserver.exe is crashing too without any reason after 10 Hours +- .
