cannot learn due to total mastery limit

i only open cold mastery no more,why i got this screen so ?

thank you for u reply,so what i can add in cap 100 ? mastery? i just add in sro_client + gameserver. mastery limit 300,there is a china mastery and europ mastery code in sro_client + gameserver?,i only edited on this code gameserver ""0059C5E6"" and sro clinet 006A51BC.

If you want 300 make sure the code that you added was 12C. 12C is hexdecimal convert that to decimal its 300.

yes it done i put as you say and all is right still same problem with china account only,anything can be change from DB ?.
