Cant Buy goods only in Alex Trader NPC

Hi guys im trying to buy goods in Alexandria Trader but when i try to buy it, nothing happand dosent take the money so i dont know why i check if the gold is the same in DB and media, if the Goods are Service 1 in DB and media and are fine, any other idea ?
