Certification problem

Hi
i setted certificatin server cfg correct, my home pc work corret (start cert after globalmangaer, its work fine), after i was upload my server and set in cert ip and mssql connect) i started cert .bat, cert not give error, after i started globalmanager, this is made open and close, i can look notify in globalmanager, billing connect done, and request cert made close.. Server cfg i write all ip to correct ip... Pls help..
